Love To Save – Vote for Charity and DiGi Donate!
DiGi had recently started a campaign called Love To Save. One vote from us, RM5 will be donated to our local Charities from DiGi. The program is targeted to raise RM150,000 in 30 days.
The charities are divided into 3 main categories, they are Nature, Social and Health. The votes can be done either individually or as a group. For me, I have created a group to vote for the charity Borneo Conversation Trust. This is a non-profit organization promoted by The Ministry of Tourism, Culture & Environment, Sabah and privately funded. It is aim to connect fragmented forest and wildlife areas along major rivers and restore degraded reserves.
The reason why I chose this charity group is that human had done enough damages on our mother earth and it is time to take action, to slow down global warming. Many forests are burnt or being chopped down for our own purposes and animals loses their home. And I believe due to recent weeks, the weather is quite hot compare to last time. Newspaper had reported that this trend might last for another 3 months and temperature could rise another 3 degree.
